Who we are

This page covers consult.motorai.tech, where you book a 1:1 AI call with Colton Dean. It is run by MotorAI LLC ("MotorAI", "we", "us"). Questions go to colton@motorai.tech.

What we collect

• When you visit: standard technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, the page you came from and the ad you clicked (if any).
• When you watch the video: whether you pressed play, how far you watched (25%, 50%, 75%, 100%) and which chapters you clicked.
• When you book: the booking calendar is run by Calendly. It collects your name, email, the time you pick and anything you write in the notes box.
• When you pay: payment is handled by Stripe through Calendly's checkout. We never see or store your full card number.
• On the call: the call happens on Google Meet. We may use a note-taking tool to record and transcribe it so we can follow up on what you asked. Tell us at the start if you'd rather we don't.

How we use it

• To run your call, send the calendar invite and follow up after.
• To issue refunds under our refund policy.
• To measure which ads and videos bring in bookings, and to show our ads to people more likely to be a fit.

Meta Pixel and cookies

We use the Meta Pixel on this page. It tells Meta (Facebook and Instagram) when someone views the page, how far they watch the video, and when someone books and pays for a call, including the $197 amount. Meta may use cookies and your browser and device information to match these events to its users and report how our ads perform. Meta's use of this data is covered by the Meta Privacy Policy. You can control ad personalization in your Facebook ad preferences, or block cookies in your browser.

Who else handles your data

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the services that run this page and your call:

• Calendly (booking) and Stripe (payment)
• Google (Google Meet and email)
• Meta (ad measurement, as described above)
• Vercel (hosts this page)
• Our call note-taking tool, if the call is recorded

How long we keep it

We keep booking and call details as long as we need them to serve you and keep our business and tax records, then delete them.

Your choices

• Email colton@motorai.tech to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you.
• Ask us at any time to stop contacting you, and we will.

Children

This page and the call are for adults 18 and over. We don't knowingly collect information from children.

Changes

If we change this policy, we will update the date at the top of this page.
